Just basic cardboard shipping boxes!
These are the boxes we got for bundles & larger orders.
The larger size boxes over 13in were specifically intended for shipping bundles which included vinyl records.
Sometimes we would even be able to include poster tubes along with other items inside some of the larger boxes.
They key with shipping larger orders with vinyl is of course making sure the records stay fat in the bottom and are audially padded with other items, bubble wrap, or packing paper to ensure they won't slide around & that all corners are protected.
So definitely be prepared to add some extra stuffing when shipping larger orders like this!
Folded size vs flat shipping size:
12x9x5 = 21x14.75 flat
13x13x4 = 26x18 flat
15x15x7 = 30.5x22.5 flat
16x17x7 = 32.5x24 flat
The most annoying part about trying to buy or sell shipping boxes... Is actually shipping boxes.
These are physically large when flat/disassembled and can be quite heavy in larger quantities.
These will be shipped as a stack wrapped in plastic. It will not look classy, but its the simplest way to send quantities under 100.
If you happen to need A LOT (And yeah... we ended up with a lot of these left) please contact us to discuss a freight and/or local pickup option.
We will literally just give these to you for free if you can arrange your own pickup 🤘

Most of the purchase price of these mailers will ultimately go towards the shipping costs.
We are trying to move these supplies out of our workspace while also putting them to good use helping other independent artists who could really use the savings & who don't mind shaking off a bit of dust.
Please note that these have been in storage for quite some time. While the mailers are in good, usable condition, and we will not send blatantly damaged boxes, there may be some cosmetic imperfections, corner bumps, or dust. These imperfections will not effect the mailers performance.
Also keep in mind that fluctuations in cardboard stiffness/softness are a natural part of the carton industry - meaning some mailers or boxes may feel firmer than others. This is expected and should not effect the integrity of box when assembled.

Why are we selling shipping supplies?
Wolf Mountain Productions began as a way to independently release Blackbraid’s albums.
While Wolf Mountain remains a small family business, we did grow to the point of needing help fulfilling orders after the release of “Blackbraid II” in 2023.
This transition left us with many music/merch specific shipping supplies our new fulfillment partner wasn't up for taking. So rather than leave these in storage forever, we decided to offer these supplies to others for deeply discounted rates.
The goal is to share this supply surplus with other independent artists or small distros who could really use the savings & who don't mind shaking off a bit of dust.
