EU, EEA, & UK Right to Withdraw
If you live in the European Union, the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. If your order arrives in more than one shipment, the 14 days begin when you receive the last item. For pre-orders, the 14 days begin when the pre-order item is delivered.
HOW TO CANCEL
Email sales@wolfmountainproductions.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You must then send the items back within 14 days of notifying us, to:

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
REFUNDS
We will refund the price of the items and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the items back or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard option, we will only refund the standard shipping cost. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
You may open and inspect items as you would in a shop. If items are returned worn, washed or otherwise handled beyond what is needed to inspect them, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed audio recordings (vinyl, CDs, cassettes) that have been unsealed after delivery.
- Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Digital downloads, once the download has started, where you agreed at checkout to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal.
Import duties and taxes paid to your country's customs authority are not collected by us and cannot be refunded by us; you may be able to reclaim them from your local customs office.
