RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We allow returns & exchanges of unworn, unwashed, garments & unopened media within 7 days of delivery.

You can request a return directly from your account page & return shipping labels will be provided after your return request is accepted.
Return shipping is free for returns of damaged or defective merchandise.
Labels provided for voluntary returns will deduct a flat shipping fee of $6.66 from the final refund. 

To exchange sizes; you will need to return your original order & place a new order with your desired size. 

Custom and/or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or return unless there is a defect with the product.
Returns of webstore orders CANNOT be made in-person at concerts and vice versa.
